Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
- 2.Prepare the Item
Disassemble your furniture and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure the item remains protected during transit.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our logistics partners to schedule a convenient time for the item to be collected from your home.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned product at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
